Shan is an HR Consultant, with over 30 years’ experience operating at senior level.  She is also the Director of Little London Brides, a bridal business founded with her daughter.  Shan is a Patient Representative for Major Trauma and a major trauma survivor.  She plays an active voluntary role both internationally and nationally, in support of continued improvements in major trauma care and rehabilitation.
