To become an instructor you should have attended a PTC Foundation Course or completed modular, hybrid and/or digital training and be in possession of a certificate to that effect.  Some highly qualified personnel may bypass this, see below, but must have attended PTC Instructor training.  

Ideally, the best way to become an Instructor, is to attend day 3 of a traditional face-to-face training program.  If in the UK sometimes these are run as stand alone training days.  

You can also opt to travel to anywhere in the world, usually at your own expense, to attend a PTC Instructor training day that is being held.
